Foothill AIDS Project (FAP) is dedicated to helping people who live with or are at risk for HIV/AIDS. We focus in supporting People Living With HIV (PLWH) in the San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles County, San Bernardino County, and western Riverside County in California. Our programs and services provide many tools that help in supporting PLWH to live longer, healthier, and more stable lives. Our goal with our initiatives is to empower clients so they can better manage their own long-term health goals. Through integrated treatment, chronic care management, and stable housing planning, we help PLWH live longer, healthier, and more stable lives.

HIV Care and wrap-around services are provided at three RUHS - Public Health clinic locations. Care includes client-focused, individualized treatment plans. Wrap-around services include Nutrition therapy and support from a Social Services Professional.

The San Bernardino County Department of Public Health provides comprehensive HIV prevention, care, and treatment services. Some services are provided directly by the Department of Public Health, while others are delivered through partnerships/agreements with community-based agencies. All services are focused on meeting the National HIV/AIDS Strategy objectives of 1) reducing new HIV infections, 2) increasing access to care to improve health outcomes for people living with HIV, and 3) reducing HIV-related health disparities.

Our focus is to help promote overall health for our patient families, provide education on the benefits of better oral hygiene and healthy eating, and decrease early childhood cavities. We hope to inspire families to live vibrant and healthy lives with healthy smiles.

Our goal is to have Healthy Smiles for Healthy families. We are committed to helping prevent, maintain, and/or eliminate oral disease, inflammation, and infection that results from dental cavities and gum disease.

HIV/AIDS Dental Clinic In special cases, we may offer Basic and Complex Rehabilitation Dental Services, which may include Dentures, partial dentures, crowns, bridges, posterior root canals (back teeth), and surgical extraction
